Now that the cool weather has moved our way I've started craving chili and anything pumpkin! In my latest Cooking Light magazine I've come across several great, light recipes to satisfy my cravings. Last weekend I made a black bean-salsa chili that they featured and it was delicious. My husband even liked it, which says a lot considering it was a "light" recipe. :) It is easy to make and leaves you with plenty of leftovers which means easy lunches for the work week ahead. Enjoy!
